Quality Policy

With latest stat of art reservation system (GDS) Al-Syed Travels is continuously working on improving the quality of services made available to our clients in order to satisfy all standards with regard to their level of quality and safety. We implement our Quality Policy in every segment of our business activities, with the aim of achieving results that will go beyond the expectations of our customers. The feedback pertaining to the quality that we receive from our customers is a starting point to constantly improve the products that we offer.

  • 24-hours care of and support to clients:
    For us, taking care of our clients and their requirements is of prime importance for good cooperation and communication. It makes possible for us to better understand our client's needs and in return provide better services.

  • Use of IT:
    We invested and will continue to invest in IT and Advanced Technology application in our Agency for the purpose of giving better response to our client's requests. The advanced technology we use offer a wide range of communication means, which make possible to always have on-line contact with our client's and provide timely and efficient service.
